The NHCA faculty and staff believe in the power of relationships. Our 'Where Children Are Known' philosophy means teachers and support staff prioritize personal connections with every student, cultivating a safe, secure, and supportive environment. Through daily interactions, small group instruction, and mentorship, our team helps students develop both strong academic foundations and lasting character. All K-6 teachers participate in an intensive, research-based Foundations and Frameworks literacy training, ensuring instruction is rooted in neuroscience and best practice. In grades 6-12, educators bring real-world expertise in leadership, science, technology, engineering, arts, and math, preparing students for college, career, and life. From the Preschool Center to the high school Trailblazer Academy, our faculty’s commitment to excellence is evident in every classroom and hallway.
